Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your La Ligne pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all full-price items within 21 days of the original ship date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your request within 5-7 business days.
